The Official Russian Modern Talking Site

Hello!

For more than a year there exists the English version of the Official Russian Modern Talking site, supported by the Russian department of BMG Company. From the 8th of February 2002 we have got many new friends - the fans of the group from the English speaking countries. It is very pleasant that many fans of the duo almost from all the continents visit the site and this is a proof that the interest to the group is still large and our work is evaluated.

But unfortunately as it usually happens there are some people, mostly these who have the contacts with the participants of the group, who are trying to appropriate the results of our work to them. The results of that, what is being made by the whole collective.

So, as a result of this, we would like to declare with the whole responsibility, that all the rights for the site (information as one whole, the costs of the support of the domain, host and the service of the server as well as the responsibility for the work of the whole project and the contacts with BMG Russia) belong to ILVER (support@moderntalking.ru). The rights for the information placed on the English version of the site and the translations of the informative materials since May, 2005 belong to beilie (beilie@moderntalking.ru). No one other, even the one who has the e-mail with the name of our site, cannot act on behalf of the site and represent its interests.

Also we would like to specify that all those, who help us with the work on this project and without whom we cannot imagine its existence are mentioned in the section HERE WE ARE.
